As a Local Government Operations Officer IV, you are responsible for formulating and implementing policies to enhance local government operations, and designing and executing training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of local government officials and staff.

Additionally, you are also tasked to provide advisory support to LGUs on matters such as organizational development, fiscal management, and legal compliance. Monitoring project implementation to guarantee adherence to established standards and evaluating outcomes to inform future strategies are also part of your responsibilities.

Local Government Operations Officer IV Job Requirements and Qualifications:

✅Eligibility – You must possess a Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and excellence in public service.

✅Education – You must hold a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution, showcasing a solid foundation of your academic knowledge and intellectual capability.
