Engineering Aide Job Requirements and Qualifications:

While DENR has not established specific qualifications and requirements for the job (as per MC. 11 s. 96-Ct. III), having at least one of the following qualifications and requirements is highly advantageous:

✅High school graduate or have completed any related vocational or trade course/s

✅Proficient in sketching and interpreting blueprints

✅Preferably, a minimum of one (1) year of relevant work experience

✅Has sufficient knowledge of the job-related aspects

Job Details:

  • Place of Assignment – The designated work location is in Central Visayas (Region VII) and is within the Surveys and Mapping Division. This is where you will be primarily stationed to accomplish your work responsibilities.
  • Plantilla Item Number – Since each position in the government is identified by a Plantilla Item No., this is the code for this job: OSEC-DENRB-ENGA-380-1998.
  • Monthly Salary – The salary for this position is Php 15,586.00 per month. This is the gross monthly salary before any deductions.
  • Pay Grade – Grade 4. This is the level of the position within the salary structure.

This job position does not require prior training or work experience. The role itself includes comprehensive training, knowledge acquisition, and hands-on experience personalized to meet the needs of the successful applicant.

 

2. ATTORNEY II

An Attorney II holds an important role, using their expertise in national or local laws to represent clients, companies, or organizations in legal proceedings. They provide legal counsel and advice, offering guidance on individual or business matters.

Moreover, they work under the supervision of senior attorneys and executive staff due to the growing complexity of their responsibilities. In addition to representing clients, an Attorney II is tasked with drafting agreements, contracts, and other legal documents, as well as managing records and databases.

Attorney II Job Requirements and Qualifications:

Be informed that the DENR has set forth one mandatory requirement for this position, which is as follows:✅Must be a bar examination passer (RA 1080)*

However, possessing the following additional requirements or qualifications would be considered advantageous (although this requirement is automatically fulfilled upon passing the bar examination):

✅A Juris Doctor or a graduate with a Bachelor of Laws degree

✅Strong legal research and writing skills

Job Details:

  • Place of Assignment – The Legal Division is where you will be stationed to fulfill your work duties and responsibilities.

  • Monthly Salary – The salary for this position amounts to Php 46,725.00 per month. This represents the gross monthly salary prior to any deductions being made.
  • Pay Grade – Grade 18. This reflects the responsibilities and qualifications associated with the role.

This job position does not necessitate prior training or work experience. The role provides comprehensive training, with successful applicants receiving supervision from senior attorneys and executive staff. This mentoring process serves to enhance their personal experience and knowledge acquisition.

 

3. ECOSYSTEMS MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST I

The responsibilities of an Ecosystem Management Specialist I surrounds providing technical expertise and supporting the development and administration of a portfolio of investments within the results areas of ecosystems and related services.

Additionally, this job position entails managing external consultants and overseeing their performance, including the review of their outputs.

Ecosystems Management Specialist I Job Requirements and Qualifications:

Below are the qualifications and requirements that applicants must possess:

✅Professional Eligibility (this refers to the necessary eligibility or licensure required for the position, ensuring that the applicant meets the professional standards set forth for the role).

✅You must hold a bachelor’s degree in a field related or relevant to the job, such as environmental science, natural resources, or similar courses. This is to ensure that you have the foundational knowledge and education history necessary for the role.

✅You must possess sufficient knowledge and skills in statistical analysis that will enable you to effectively analyze data and other responsibilities.

✅You must demonstrate a strong understanding of climate change and climate variability as this relates to natural ecosystems.

Job Details:

  • Place of Assignment – This job position is based at CENRO Talibon in Bohol. This is where the duties and responsibilities of the successful applicants will be carried out.
  • Plantilla Item No. – OSEC-DENRB-ECOMS1-181-2014
  • Monthly Salary – The monthly salary for this position is Php 27,000.00, representing the gross compensation received by the employee before any deductions are made.
  • Pay Grade – Grade 11

Still, this job position does not necessitate any required work experience or training.

 

4. PLANNING OFFICER I

The role of a Planning Officer I entails developing project plans or programs as needed.

Additionally, they are also responsible for evaluating project progress reports and preparing concise summaries if gathered data. This role is pivotal as it involves the implementation of strategic planning projects.

Planning Officer I Job Requirements and Qualifications:

Below are the requirements and qualifications for applicants seeking the position of Planning Officer I:

✅Professional or Second Level Eligibility (you must possess either of the two mentioned eligibilities to ensure that you meet the necessary standards set forth for the position).

✅You must hold a bachelor’s degree relevant to the job such as a degree in Business Management, Economics, or related fields. This will ensure that you have the foundational knowledge and the necessary academic background to excel in this job role.

Job Details:

  • Place of Assignment – The designated work location for this job is PENRO Mt. Province. This is where the job responsibilities will be carried out.
  • Plantilla Item No. – OSEC-DENRB-PLO1-81-2014
  • Monthly Salary – The monthly salary for this position amounts to Php 27,000.00. This is the amount that you will receive before any deductions.
  • Pay Grade – Grade 11
